The fastest option. Cargo can be in Tashkent within 48 hours from China. It pays off when production downtime costs more than the freight.

When air freight is worth it

Air is the most expensive mode — and that is fine if you count the cost of downtime rather than the cost of delivery. If a stopped production line costs more than the freight difference, air pays for itself on a single flight.

Typical cases: urgent components, samples, perishables, pharmaceuticals, high-value electronics, documents.

What we fly

Pharmaceuticals under controlled temperature and GDP standards. Electronics and precision equipment — fragile, high-value cargo where fewer handovers mean lower risk.

Urgent batches where the arrival date matters more than the rate.

Limits we tell you about upfront

Aviation strictly restricts dangerous goods, lithium batteries, aerosols and liquids. Some cargo will not fly at all; some flies only with special documentation.

We check whether your cargo is acceptable before you pay, not after.

What the service includes

Booking, pickup, export clearance, air freight, airport handling, customs clearance in Tashkent, delivery from the airport warehouse to your door.

What drives the price of air freight

Chargeable weight. Airlines charge the greater of actual and volumetric weight. Light but bulky cargo is billed by volume — the main surprise for first-time air shippers.

Route and space availability on flights. In peak periods space is bought up in advance.

Cargo nature: dangerous, perishable or temperature-controlled goods cost more than general cargo.

Documents for air freight

Invoice, packing list, contract. The Air Waybill (AWB) is issued by us.

Pharmaceuticals require temperature and GDP documentation. Dangerous goods require a declaration and confirmation of acceptability for carriage by air.

We check acceptability before you pay. Cargo an airline will refuse is better identified on the ground than at the airport.

How we work

You describe the cargo and the route — we ask clarifying questions. The more precise the inputs (weight, dimensions, cargo type, document readiness), the closer the quote is to the final figure.

We calculate cost and transit time and propose a delivery scheme. If another mode is better for your cargo, we say so plainly — even when it lowers our invoice.

Once agreed, we sign the contract, collect the cargo from the supplier and run it to your warehouse. At every stage you know where the cargo is and what is happening to it.
