Freight Forwarding from Europe to Uzbekistan

The European lane is mostly equipment, pharmaceuticals and precision cargo — where transport conditions matter as much as price.

Modes

Road — the default: door to door, suitable for both full loads and groupage.

Rail — for large volumes and container loads.

Air — for urgent and high-value cargo.

Pharmaceuticals and temperature control

Medicines and medical equipment require GDP compliance and an unbroken cold chain. That means a temperature-controlled reefer for the entire route — not 'refrigerated as far as the border'.

We handle such cargo and document the temperature record.

Equipment and oversized cargo

Machine tools, production lines and industrial plant are often oversized. They need low-bed trailers, special permits and route approval across several countries.

This is a project, not a routine shipment: the route is calculated against real constraints.

What is included

Pickup, export clearance, transport, customs clearance and certification, delivery to your warehouse.

Certification of European goods

Many European goods require certification on import — and this is exactly the case where cargo arrives on time and then sits at customs because one document is missing.

We check the requirements for your goods before dispatch and arrange the permits where needed. That is cheaper and faster than obtaining them after the fact while the cargo sits in a warehouse.

Equipment: why it is a project

Machine tools and production lines are not simply heavy cargo. They often travel disassembled across several vehicles, with different dimensions and different permits.

A loading scheme, securing calculations and sometimes a supplier engineer on site are required. We price such a move as a project, not as a shipment off a rate sheet.

Unbroken temperature control

For pharmaceuticals and some equipment what matters is not 'having a reefer' but the continuity of the regime: at loading, in transit, at transshipment, at customs.

A break of even a few hours can write off the entire consignment. We document the temperature record and confirm it on arrival.

How we work

You describe the cargo and the route — we ask clarifying questions. The more precise the inputs (weight, dimensions, cargo type, document readiness), the closer the quote is to the final figure.

We calculate cost and transit time and propose a delivery scheme. If another mode is better for your cargo, we say so plainly — even when it lowers our invoice.

Once agreed, we sign the contract, collect the cargo from the supplier and run it to your warehouse. At every stage you know where the cargo is and what is happening to it.

Frequently asked questions

Do you carry temperature-controlled pharmaceuticals?

Yes, under GDP standards with an unbroken cold chain across the whole route, documented.

Can you move oversized equipment?

Yes. It is a separate project: low-bed trailer, special permits, route approval in each country.
