Choosing the mode

Air — 48 hours. For urgent cargo: components, samples, electronics, pharmaceuticals.

Rail — the best balance of cost and transit time for container loads. The default for regular supply.

Road — door to door without transshipment; convenient for groupage and oversized cargo.

Sea — the cheapest option for large volumes, but the slowest and necessarily multimodal: port, then rail or road to Tashkent.

What is usually shipped

Electronics and components — cargo where integrity and minimal handling matter.

Machinery and machine tools — often oversized, requiring low-bed trailers and permits.

Consumer goods and textiles — typically groupage or containers.

Customs

We start clearance before dispatch: HS code, duty calculation, document checks. This is where weeks are usually lost — and where preparation beats carrier speed.

What is included

Pickup at the supplier in China, export clearance, transport by the chosen mode, import customs, delivery to your warehouse in Tashkent.

What to account for with Chinese suppliers

Suppliers rarely prepare documents the way Uzbek customs expects them. A mismatch in the goods description between contract, invoice and packing list is a textbook cause of delay.

We check the document set before shipment. Correcting an invoice at a warehouse in China takes a day. Correcting it once the container is at sea takes weeks.

Groupage from China

If the volume does not fill a container or truck, the cargo moves as groupage. You pay for the space used, not for an empty vehicle.

The downside is consolidation time: the cargo waits for co-loaders. If the deadline is critical, it is more honest to price a dedicated shipment or air freight than to promise the impossible.

You describe the cargo and the route — we ask clarifying questions. The more precise the inputs (weight, dimensions, cargo type, document readiness), the closer the quote is to the final figure.

We calculate cost and transit time and propose a delivery scheme. If another mode is better for your cargo, we say so plainly — even when it lowers our invoice.

Once agreed, we sign the contract, collect the cargo from the supplier and run it to your warehouse. At every stage you know where the cargo is and what is happening to it.
